Introduction
In today’s global business environment, organisations are under increasing scrutiny to uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability. Corruption, bribery, and unethical practices not only jeopardise corporate reputation but also expose entities and individuals to severe legal consequences. This comprehensive course delves into the core principles of anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) compliance, with specific focus on Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 — the provision on corporate liability. Through practical examples, real-world case studies, and compliance insights, this programme equips participants with the critical understanding required to identify, mitigate, and respond to bribery and corruption risks effectively.
